If you’ve ever lived in Korea, you already know what Lotteria is. It’s not some trendy new import. Lotteria is Korea’s original fast food chain, the one that’s been on every street corner since before most of us were born. And now, Lotteria Singapore has officially landed at Jewel Changi Airport.
Here’s the thing nobody’s ready for: the burger you’ll want to come back for? You can’t even get it in Korea.

What We Tried
Ria’s Bulgogi Burger
The classic. If you’ve had Lotteria in Korea, this is probably the one you remember. Ria’s Bulgogi is the sweeter, more familiar pick. It’s comfort food in a wrapper. Pure Korean fast food nostalgia, nothing fancy, and that’s the whole point.
Ria’s Shrimp Burger
This one’s been a Lotteria signature for years, and it holds up. Ria’s Shrimp has a crispy exterior that actually crunches, and the shrimp patty inside has a springy bite to it. Not mushy, not overdone.
Kimchi Bulgogi Burger (Singapore-Exclusive)
Now, this is the one.
The Kimchi Bulgogi Burger is a Singapore-exclusive. You literally cannot get this in Korea. Lotteria built this one specifically for the Singapore market, and honestly, they should bring it back to Korea too.
It’s bulgogi sauce layered with stir-fried kimchi, and the combination gives you this tang, punch, and depth that the other burgers don’t have. The sweet-savory balance from the bulgogi meets the sour kick of the kimchi, and it just works. Every bite has something going on.
This was my favourite of the three, and it wasn’t close. If you’re only ordering one thing, make it this.
The Verdict
Lotteria Singapore is not trying to be a gourmet burger spot. It’s Korean fast food, and it knows what it is. The classics bring the nostalgia, but the real reason to visit is the Kimchi Bulgogi Burger, a Singapore-exclusive that honestly surprised me with how well it comes together.
Go for the exclusive. That’s the move.
