Noci Bakehouse Suntec City

Noci Bakehouse might be the closest thing Singapore has to an actual cafe in Seongsu. Located in Suntec City Tower 3, this European cottage-style bakery cafe opened on 1 April 2026 and the dangerous part is not the aesthetic. It's the bread.

You walk in wanting one thing, and suddenly you're choosing between twenty items you did not plan for. Salt breads, danishes, madeleines, savouries, sweets, and they keep adding more to the lineup. The space itself genuinely feels like a snapshot of a cafe you'd find in Korea, all warm tones, natural light, and that clean minimalist look that makes you want to sit and stay for a while.

But the real question: does it actually taste good, or is it just pretty?

The Food

The short answer: it tastes good.

The salt breads are the obvious draw and they deliver. Soft, lightly salted, the kind of thing you grab two of without thinking.

The French toast is a must-order.

It's made mostly with egg, so it feels noticeably lighter than what you'd get at most brunch spots. Not heavy, not greasy, just right.

The creme brulee danish is outstanding.

Flaky pastry, creamy custard, torched top. One of those things that's hard to share once you start.

The madeleines are another must.

Fresh, buttery, the kind you eat warm and immediately want another.

For something savoury, go for the chicken sandwich.

It's a solid option if you're looking for more of a meal than a snack.

They've also launched the viral butter tteok (Korean crispy butter mochi) at $2.50 as a grand opening special. Crispy outside, chewy inside, pan-seared in Anchor butter. If you've seen it trending online, now you can try it here.

The Vibe

The interior is European cottage style, and it works. There used to be other bakeries in this exact spot, but Noci feels like the final form. It's the kind of place where you could sit with a coffee and a madeleine and not check your phone for an hour. If you miss the feel of Korean cafe culture, this is the closest you'll get in Singapore right now.

Verdict

8.5/10. Noci Bakehouse is not just another pretty cafe. The bread is genuinely good, the menu has enough range to keep you coming back, and the space makes you want to stay. Get the French toast, the creme brulee danish, and the madeleines. If you're near Suntec, this is worth a detour.
